Who we are:
HR services is responsible for providing the Volvo group with cost efficient and high quality services within the Administrative HR area. The objective with the HR services is to maximize administrative HR processes efficiency and benefits of scale for HR administration within the Volvo Group. We deliver services in 11 countries from our Global center and cluster of countries worldwide. Functional areas for service are; Contact center, Workforce, Compensation & Benefits administration, International Mobility and Recruiting services.

We are currently seeking a manager to the Compensation & Benefits Administration team at HR Services, Sweden. You will be part of HR Services North EMEA Management Team and report to VP HRS North EMEA.

Our team is responsible for:
The Compensation & Benefits Administration team in Sweden is located in Gothenburg. We are 11 employees responsible for compensation & benefits administration according to collective agreements.
We operate within the areas of:
• HR reporting
• Payroll maintenance management and Salary administration
• Pension and Insurance
• Time keeping administration
• My Benefits portal - employee communication portal
• Key user activities for Local IT Systems
Within the team we work on both an operative and strategic level. Several of our team members are experts within their field with many years of experience.

Your main responsibilities are:
We are looking for a customer and quality oriented manager with the ability to provide inspiring leadership. Who has the full HR, financial and delivery responsibility for the team and would like to be part of leading the team forward. We want you, who have the heart and energy for our employees, the compensation & benefits area and our company.
• Plan, develop and execute the daily operation in the Compensation & Benefit administration team
• Secure service according to Swedish law, agreements and policies
• Focus on employee engagement as well as customer success
• Execute change and continuous improvements to support the Volvo Group Vision
• Deliver quality and cost efficient services with support from a lean production concept, VPS
• Vendor management

Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent experience
• Experience from shared service operation, preferably within the HR area
• Leadership experience of building efficient and highly engaged team
• Structured and organized, process oriented, with experience of working with lean methods and tools
• Customer focused with the ability to build relations and a proactive engagement with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, including an excellent level of verbal and written English and Swedish
• Change management skills
• IT knowledge and interest are important to succeed in this role
