We are now looking for a Management Trainee that will join our Trainee-program at Graniten
About the Graniten Trainee Programme
We want to target talented persons with a demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset who have the potential of becoming our future leaders. This programme is an opportunity for you that have worked some years or as a recent Graduate to gain practical experience and insight into the Graniten business world and to develop tools for your future career.
As a management trainee at Graniten, you will spend one year working directly with the management group and business development team. You will be involved in areas such as company strategy, business development and strategic partnerships. You will get the chance to gain invaluable experience in different disciplines across Graniten. By working cross-functionally with external and internal projects, you have every opportunity to develop your professional, leadership and self-management skills.
Working with business development, you will be part of a fast-paced, international environment that operates both in the long term and short term and relates to many aspects of our operations.
You are also assigned a mentor, who supports you throughout your time as a graduate.

Background and skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- A master's degree in engineering, finance, or business
- Excellent English and Swedish skills and preferably one more EU language
- This program is an opportunity for you that have worked for some years or are a recent Graduate to gain practical experience and insight into the Graniten business.
