The position

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you (and us) as our Management Team Assistant! You will work directly with our management team, supporting them and by extension, the organization in Cambio's transformation journey.
In this role you will support the Leadership Team both administrative and operational. You will have a broad responsibility providing sufficient tasks and routines, such as performing liaison, assisting in strategic initiatives and communication with customers, employees etc. You will also coordinate and proactive handle calendars, travel booking, emails and contracts as well as prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation. Being a part of the Leadership Team, you will handle confidential information and it is important that you have high integrity and are quality-and service conscious.
This is a new role at Cambio, where you will have the opportunity to form the role forward, setting up your own working methods and thinking out of the box to improve and find smarter ways of working.

About you
We believe that you are a ''doer'' who gets things done! You like structure and have a highly organized way of working, but you are also flexible and can prioritize conflicting needs along with a proactive mindset. In this role we believe communication is key, so you have high social skills and are a good communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. Furthermore, we are looking for you who are a prestigeless and down-to-earth kind of team player and enjoy creating trustful relations and collaborating cross the organization.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years + experience from similar occupation
• Post-secondary education within business administration, communication, management or similar
• Strong communication- and social skills, can collaborate cross-functional through an organization
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English since it will be used in your daily work
• Organizational skills
• Business level knowledge of English in speaking and writing
• Great knowledge of MS Office
It's a bonus if you
• Experience working within a software company
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint
Place of employment: Stockholm
Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
