General Solutions, 9540, offers resources and deliveries within support, maintenance and development for applications, products and services, including the business administration area. The Business Administration part within GS is the non SAP part. General Applications consist of solutions that are not related to a specific process.
"Business Solutions" is a group within General Solutions that is responsible for a mixture of applications on different platforms, for both local and global customers (internal and external).
We provide Maintenance, Support, Enhancement and New Development within following areas; Nap (Non Automotive Purchasing), Siebel Solutions, HR and Finance.
We are looking for a Maintenance Assignment Leader within our Siebel team.
Role description:
We are looking for a person who can drive the development work and maintenance work within our global team, for 2 of our Siebel Case Mgmt tools (SMT & ARGUS).
As a Maintenance Assignment Leader (MAL) you will be responsible for the maintenance service delivery according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for these two applications. This applies to the services/applications as well as related infrastructure deliveries in the scope of the SLA. Within your responsibility lies financial responsibility for the delivery, manning and quality according to SLA. Delivering maintenance services involving resources from different Volvo IT sites/departments as well as non-Volvo IT resources. Also included is to plan Enhancement releases which include scope discussions with customer, plan analysis-, development- and test work with the team.
Your profile:
• You have broad IT background and long experience from handling deliveries to customers
• You are a team player with good leadership skills and feel comfortable in using them when aiming for cost, quality, efficiency and time targets
• You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view always aiming for customer satisfaction
• Your knowledge and skills makes you feel confident in managing assignments with multi-functional teams in a global organization and a complex stakeholder structure
• You also have a very strong social competence and are perceived as service minded - always striving to ensure delivery in accordance with the customer's requirements and expectations
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Several years of participating in IT projects with high demands
• Broad IT background
• Leadership skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven abilities to communicate and establish good customer relations
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Work experience as a Maintenance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Project manager or equivalent
• Service minded - custome focus
• Courage and ability to communicate and explain the content of the services within the agreement/portfolio from a delivery perspective
• Capacity to execute against set targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain a human network
• Experience from work in customer/account teams.
