MCF Corporate Finance is a rapidly growing M&A advisory firm and we are now looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, great personality and a genuine interest for Investment Banking to join our Stockholm office. MCF offers an international environment where you will participate in all aspects of M&A, with an opportunity to develop and fgrow in an international firm.
More specifically you will:
Coordinate information gathering, carrying out analyses, structuring analyses, presentations and models and draw conclusions from them
In relation to transactions, Associates have significant interaction with the client and the counterparties
Assisting more senior members of project team in handling of projects and being responsible for own work streams and supervise analysts and interns
Management of electronic data rooms
Coordinating the due diligence process as well as other advisers (lawyers, accountants, tax)
WHAT TO BRING
Minimum two years of work experience within Investment Banking and M&A boutique
Work experience from an international environment
Have an excellent educational background with a master's degree
Fluent in English and German good knowledge and willing to learn Swedish
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
You are cooperative and share both challenges and knowledge together with all your colleagues
You enjoy working in a team but as well as independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
