Focus is to continuously analyze and follow cost development, as well as identifying improvement potentials.The position is a full time permanent employment based in Gothenburg and offers for the right candidate highly challenging work in an international environment as well as opportunities to get a solid base of logistics business, to grow and develop professionally within the company.Responsibilities & TasksThe position involves a large variety of both complex tasks and more standardized ones. The tasks includes system data maintenance (route and tariff) and requires active communication with Mills, Customer service centers, Procurement as well as Operations in Logistics. As a Logistics analyst you will be working with operative controlling at a global level.Analyst in Network & Routing team creates value for Stora Enso by working with tasks to optimize logistics route network in terms of sustainability, cost effectiveness and service reliability. Additional value is provided by completing tasks related to logistics cost controlling and analytics by creating agreed and ad-hoc reports for Logistics management, division supply chain and procurement to drive logistics cost efficiency.Analyst has also an agreed divisional responsibility in daily tasks related to Network Design, Route cost calculations, analytics and route control towards decided division. Conduct transport cost follow-up reporting internally and towards stakeholders. Procurement support, general reporting and continuous improvement to develop business.QualificationsCollege or University degree in relevant area logistics/engineering/technical or economics/finance. We think it is good if have at least 2 years of working experience within logistics/ sourcing/ supply chain with focus on strategic sourcing, but are open to find new talent with genuine interest to logistics.As a person, you are solution-oriented, stress resistant and have good social skills. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can demonstrate a genuine drive and have a "can do" attitude with good planning and organizational skills. You have also good communication skills and build confidence and trust with target groups. You can handle large amounts of data and are used to working in ad hoc projects and towards deadlines. Enjoy to work in and perform with changing environment and assignments, have advanced skills in Excel and can communicate fluently in English - additional language knowledge is considered a plus. You have also an understanding of financial impact: are able to define and understand the most critical issues, strategically and operationally, and to set and manage structure.To be successful in this environment, you need to be service minded and able to maintain and build good relationships with internal stakeholders.
