JOB DESCRIPTION
In the role of Logistics Coordinator at Promax Industries, you are responsible for the overall supply chain management. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. You will primarily book transport, coordinate suppliers and guide customers. You have daily contact with customers and freight forwarders around the world with a focus on finding the best suitable transport and solutions for the customers. You have an administrative role with tasks such as order management and preparation for invoicing.
In addition to the above, your responsibilities will also include:
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle for customers worldwide
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Plan routes and track the shipment of products according to customer requirements
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Logistics coordinator is responsible for Asia, Central Asia, CIS countries, Turkey.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSON
In order to fit in with the role of Logistics Coordinator, we believe that you have previously worked with logistics, administration, freight forwarders or similar roles. You understand yourself in flows, have a good ability to keep up many processes at the same time and have also worked with international contacts before. It is important that you are able to work under stress and accustomed to taking on new, unexpected issues that appear. You are a person who can take great responsibility, is careful and has a high customer service feeling.
You have good computer skills and are a van user of the Office package, especially Excel, which will largely be your work tool. It is an advantage if you have worked with ECHA / REACH registration. You master the Swedish and English language unhindered, and also with more language skills.
Summary of Requirements:
• Proven working experience as logistics coordinator
• Experience in customer service
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage
• Ability to work with little supervision and track/handle multiple processes
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Computer-savvy with a excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, CorelDraw
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under stress
• Excellent knowledge of languages: Swedish, English, Russian, Turkish and German.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certificates of attended language and managerial courses are preferable
• General cultural knowledge of the peoples of Asia, Central Asia, CIS countries, Turkey.
• Experience in logistics and logistics handling of raw materials for road marking.
