Do you want to join and contribute to the establishment of SM processes and tools for Indirect Purchasing?
General Purchasing Group is an organisation within AB Tetra Pak which handles all Indirect Purchasing within IMS segment. Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products. We are a fairly new organisation and we continuously develop our working methods, processes and tools. Our core business is managing Indirect Purchasing in Sweden and Cluster North Europe in cooperation with Key Stakeholders within the different Tetra Pak companies.
We offer you a position as Local Process Driver / Super User with an opportunity to establish SM processes and tools for Indirect Purchasing within Operating Unit Sweden and /or Market Area Nordics. Your contribution will be important and visible. In this role you will be responsible for driving efficiency through process performance and compliance in local organizations according to SM strategy. The position is based in Lund and you will be required to travel to some extent.
Main responsibilities
• Implement how to work locally according to Indirect SM strategies
• Plan and drive how to achieve local organisation SM targets
• Follow-up SM process performance KPI and execute corrective actions
• Lead continuous Process Improvements in local organisation
• Train and support end-users in SM processes and tools
• Detailed knowledge of the Purchasing system logic (R/3 and E@syBuy)
• Drive test and validation of system changes (R/3 and E@syBuy)
Publiceringsdatum2012-03-13KvalifikationerWe believe that you have a University degree in Business Administration. Knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP R/3 is necessary to have in this position. You also have at least 3 years experience from Process Management and preferably from Project Management. Beside this you have a good understanding of Supplier Management. Good to have in this position is also experience from the production environment (direct purchasing) and experience from working with Cluster North Europe.
You work independently and possess a high level of personal drive to achieve results. Further more you are a problem solver with a positive and open mind. You have excellent networking and communications skills and you also have the ability to engage people in your work environment.
Fluency in English is required both verbal and written.
