To support this ambition, the Learning Director will contribute to building a learning "architecture" and establish a shared learning technology infrastructure that will enable continuous learning. It will be achieved by e.g. providing the business and our employees with opportunities to access content from different sources, build internal knowledge sharing platforms, develop tools that enable learning and promote collaborative experiences where our employees can learn and share knowledge.
The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland.
Tasks
• Define, develop and implement a company learning "architecture" that will promote and enable continuous learning in the company and seek putting our employees in the centre of the learning experience.
• Define and establish a shared learning technology infrastructure for the company that enable us to offer our employees dynamic, proactive, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Define and develop the infrastructure and interfaces of internal and external platforms that will contribute to the content of our continuous learning ecosystem.
• Develop and implement global harmonized processes, procedures and tools for learning and training
• Develop and implement a learning framework and content structure "fit-for-purpose" for global, country and local learning requirements
• Own and maintain the learning infrastructure, our defined learning framework and content structure
• Develop tools and metrics to consistently measure effectiveness and efficiency of learning & training initiatives across the company
• Develop and implement selected cross-company programs aligned to key business initiatives
• Work closely with divisions and group functions to understand and support their respective learning agendas.
Requirements
• University degree from relevant field
• Proven experience from successful implementation of a company Learning "architecture" in a global company with the aim to enable continuous learning and put the employees in the centre of the learning experience
• Proven experience from defining and implementing a shared learning technology infrastructure for a global company with focus on providing employees dynamic, proactive, and continuous learning opportunities
• Minimum 5 years of experience of successfully design/develop technology-enabled learning experiences for teams and individuals, preferably in a global context
• Proven ability to take projects from conceptual design to successful business solution implementation
• Ability to work close with divisions and group functions to understand and support their respective learning agendas
• Understanding and know-how of different learning technologies
• Strong leadership skills and a great teammate
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Proactive and ambitious
• Structured and detailed.
