We are looking for a Lean Specialist within Lots Group operations organization that will have the responsibility to development Lots Production System based on the Scania Production System and Lean methods. The candidate will support the implementation of a continuous improvement system.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will develop a set of operational standards and tools that can be applied on global operations. The position is based at our headquarter in Stockholm but travelling to our global operations and new business areas will be required.
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Develop a Lots Lean mindset to improve efficiency and standardized working methods
Lead and manage continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
Develop and secure internal Lean training to improve sound practice and general knowledge
Support and work close with other departments within Lots Group globally
Participate in customer meetings and new business evaluation
Be an enthusiastic and motivated team player at Lots
Job Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
University degree
Extensive experiencing from Scania Production System or similar Lean systems
Preferably 3-6 years of work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work tasks still maintaining focus
Strong communication skills as our business is about people and relationships. Ability to influence a team in adopting new ways of working is essential.
Ability to work with all levels of organizations
Self-motivated and able to perform under minimum direction, with high personal energy, and a positive approach
Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese are strongly meriting
