We are looking for an inspirational and engaging leader to drive our Lean & Lean Six Sigma (L6S) strategy and journey in the organization!
As our Lean & L6S Leader, you will have the responsibility to define and lead the competence area of Lean & L&S and as well establish and improve the Lean & L6S culture in HVDC.
In this role you will belong to the Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) organization within HVDC and report directly to the Global Head of Quality & CI. The Q&CI team are a diverse, global team that supports each other. You will work closely with a team of Q&CI Leaders and CI specialists and one important part of the role is to guide, motivate and train them in Lean & L6S methodologies. You will also be part of the business unit's global Black Belt team and work with several stakeholders in the organization.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement Lean & L6S strategy and processes
Guide, motivate and train the organization in Lean & L6S methodologies.
Coach and govern our Lean & L6S portfolio, initiatives, and projects
Define training needs, develop, and give trainings in Lean & L6S of our more complex L6S and 8D projects
Follow-up, analyze and report performance targets and KPIs
Work pro-actively in defining areas of improvement and necessary actions

Your background
To be successful in this role we see that you are Black Belt certified and have proven experience of successfully driving L6S projects and Lean initiatives
You are genuinely interested in improvements, and as an energetic and motivational person you will, guide and engage others to drive the area forward
We are a diverse team at HVDC; therefore, you need to have strong communication skills, enjoy collaborating with others and good project management skills
We seek you who hold a bachelor's or master's in engineering, quality management or similar
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Swedish language skills are a plus
You have the ability to manage different initiatives at the same time and can adapt & adjust your working style depending on the situation
