As our Lead Unity Developer, your role will be pivotal. From initiating and setting up new Unity projects to ensuring they embody the technical excellence needed in today's competitive landscape, your influence will be evident at every stage.
A significant aspect of your role will involve mentoring a dedicated team of Unity developers. Through your guidance, they will transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into digital realities.
Your adeptness in Unity mobile game development, will serve as both an inspiration and a benchmark. This, combined with your acute understanding of mobile game development and best practices in Unity's platform, will ensure our games remain synonymous with quality and innovation. Beyond technical prowess, your ability to communicate, collaborate, and lead will be instrumental in forging a harmonious path towards our collective goals.
What We're Hoping You Bring:
• 5+ years of Unity game crafting in the mobile space.
• A few shipped mobile titles to your name, preferably as lead.
• A knack for leading and mentoring.
• An ever-burning curiosity, a zest for fun challenges and a hate-to-lose mentality.
