Position description
We are now looking for to strengthen our team with a feature leader within reliability. In this position you have the possibility and responsibility to secure the targeted truck quality level for our end customers by working in new development projects. The content of a project can be on any component on the truck and varies from component level to complete vehicle level. To succeed with this task you start early in projects with quality analyses on today's product and by reviewing the customer feedback. You also work closely together with the engineering departments to identify key components where we need to understand the risks and which failure modes that might occur. By using the result from the work in early project phases, you decide and follow the right verification activities such as simulations or different kinds of complete vehicle tests. The Reliability status is reported and presented to the project management at all checkpoints during the project. We are the voice of the customer within the development projects!
