Develop and execute the digitalization strategy for Scania Logistics, aligned with business and sustainability goals.
Lead transformative digital and AI initiatives that go beyond incremental process improvements.
Drive the information management journey, acting as chair of the Information Domain Council, representing Logistics in Scania's Industrial Data Boards, and ensuring that the data strategy is embedded within our business domain.
Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, identifying high-impact opportunities across the logistics value chain.
Shape operating models and governance structures that foster agility, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Collaborate with shared IT and functional IT to integrate modern digital capabilities such as AI, automation, data analytics, robotics, and IoT.
Act as a change leader, inspiring leaders and teams to adopt digital ways of working and a future-oriented mindset.
Measure and communicate transformation impact to ensure progress and transparency across the organization.
What You Bring
Transformation leadership: Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital and AI transformations beyond incremental improvements.
Technology scouting: Ability to identify, assess, and scale emerging technologies within complex organizations.
Strategic acumen: Skilled in defining and implementing digital strategies across global, matrixed environments.
Change leadership: Adept at influencing and inspiring leaders and teams toward digital adoption and cultural transformation.
Organizational design & governance: Experience shaping operating models and governance structures that enable innovation.
Information & data leadership: Experience driving data governance, information management, or enterprise data strategy within large organizations.
Enterprise-wide perspective: Broad knowledge across digital domains including AI, automation, data, robotics, and IoT.
Inspiration & influence: Acts as a thought leader who energizes people and cultivates a forward-looking digital culture.
Communication excellence: Able to convey complex concepts clearly to both executives and operational teams.
Why this is exciting
We live in an extraordinary time - one that is both more challenging and more full of possibility than ever before.
The pace of change is accelerating, but so are the tools and technologies that allow us to navigate complexity and unlock new forms of value.
At Scania Logistics, we are now raising our ambition - moving beyond incremental improvements to truly redefine how digitalization and data create strategic impact.
We're evolving into a digital-native organization where data and AI amplify human potential.
This role is your opportunity to influence how one of the world's leading industrial organizations rethinks its logistics operations, culture, and leadership for the digital era.
You'll be part of shaping change that connects people, technology, and strategy - enabling Scania to deliver smarter, faster, and more sustainably than ever before.
