ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Labour Law Specialist, your will be a key contributor to a constructive relationship and dialogue with the unions. You possess an inner drive, the ability to inspire and influence others and you work independently, yet collaboratively. This role is instrumental in helping us develop the labour law area further and in adding real value to our high-level activity business. To enjoy in the role, you are proactive, pragmatic, professional, like to work operationally together with Tele2 leaders and of course have high integrity. You take an end-to-end perspective and responsibility for the work you do.
The Labour Law Specialist reports to the Head of Labour Relations who in turn reports to the EVP People & Change.
Key responsibilities;
• Help to ensure Tele2 compliance and adherence to labour laws and regulations, ensuring that labour law documents and policies are up-to-date and accessible
• Monitor changes to labour law and regulations, analyse implications for Tele2 and take necessary actions
• Provide labour law training and advisory to business leaders and People & Change colleagues.
• Lead or contribute in complex negotiations and/or conflicts
• Support Business managers, and People & Change colleagues in complex employee matters
• Support on work environment matters
• Contribute with insights into labour law and people aspects in M&As, larger redundancy processes, and in B2B business deal making.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• 3 - 5 years of experience from similar positions and union relation dialogues and negotiations
• Experience in the labour law side of re-organizations/transformations/M&A's
• Profound business understanding
• Strong interpersonal skills, a true team player who thrive when maximizing team performance
• Ability to use and apply people data and analytics in decision making
• University degree within Labour law, or equivalent
• Superior verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English
