WorkShop is now looking for a committed and driven person that will take on the role as Consultant Manager, as an important part of our business unit area Staffing.
This is a great opportunity where you will be responsible for maintaining and growing today's client portfolio, building good relations with our consultants and win new business opportunities. Workshop invests in expanding the staffing business area by 100% within 3 years, which is why sales will be a large part of your responsibility. But the combination of a business mindset and a great interest in personnel matters will be the winning recipe to succeed.
Your working days will vary from day to day and contain many different tasks, for example:
• Make sure that our consultants feel the administrational support they need to fufill their job
• Connect the right person for the right assignment, this means that you will play a big role in the recruitments and collaborate with the recruitment team
• Approach new clients and sell our staffing offer, physically and digitally
• Scout and participate in labour market fairs at universities to be top of mind for students
• Ensure good communication with the existing clients, understand their needs and assure that we meet their expectations. Secure successful delivery of our services and increase the customer satisfaction
• Report sales numbers together with total revenue and gross profit results on a monthly basis to Head Of Staffing
• Exempel of admin work could be Powerpoint preparations, invoicing on a monthly basis, mass email communications with consultants, update personnel lists etc.

To cope with the role as Consultant Manager we see that you:
• Have a proven "Getting things done"-record
• Have previous experience from staffing services
• Have previous experience from managing personnel
• Loves to sell and see your business grow
• Have a sparkling "Light up the room"-approach with a "Go beyond" mentality
• Possesses basic knowledge of Swedish (Nordic is a plus) labor law
• Have previous experiences within retail and the wide field of service
• Possesses basic knowledge of recruitment
• Are used to keep track of results
• Are a people person and love to be one
• Are used to work with Powerpoint and Excel
• Are fluent in Swedish and English
