We build our relations with our customers on capability and trust. We are a long-term business partner for a number of customers and our involvement ranges from concept and business opportunities throughout the product lifecycle. We take long-term responsibility for spare parts and service. We help our customers to maintain or enhance machine performance over time.
Automationspartner is currently in an expansion phase and now need to strengthen the sales department with additional professional and driven Key Account Manager who can take responsibility and develop our customers.
You will be responsible for, and working with, your customers and prospects during the whole sales process. Your focus will be on growing and developing existing and new clients, together with generating new business and work with outreach programs.
The businesses are usually very complex, requiring very good business sense, planning and proactive action, responsiveness and a great experience from sales in different countries and within different cultures. Good technical knowledge necessary. Your assignment will be to provide professional and competitive solutions and make sure that the delivery is made according to the quality required by the customer. For our and your success building strong relationships is a key-factor both within our organization and with our customers. This includes earning trust and reliability on various levels and acquiring thorough knowledge about the business, our customer, our prospects and our competition to create the value that will make us the natural choice for any global deal in our field.
You will be based in Ramlösa (Helsingborg) at our head office. Since our customers are world-wide and most of your work will be done with customers outside of Europe, the employment requires travel.
Your background
You have a great experience of sales and managing major international accounts, and to succeed we think that experience from either system sales or technologically advanced products, is an advantage. You also have great negotiating skills at management level and experience from doing business with other cultures and countries. Preferable you have a university degree within engineering (Mechanical or Automation) or a MBA combined with a technical interest but your personality and experience and knowledge within international sales is most important to us. Experience in medical device industry is an advantage.
Fluent English and business English written and spoken is a must, including technical English. Additional languages are an advantage, such as Chinese, Spanish, German etc.
