A dynamic and fast paced technology focused company are looking for an experienced Key account manager to join the Stockholm office team.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with our portfolio of assigned customers. The role requires liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The role requires you to participate in strategic opportunity identification and planning sessions, territory reviews, and deal specific account strategy calls to identify how further strengthen our clients existing client relationships by being a relevant differentiator in the market.

Primary Accountabilities:
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Conduct scoping sessions to recommend project scope, price and phasing
• Deliver value focused / results oriented proposals
• Meet or exceed sales target
• Develop and maintain a quality pipeline
Krav på person
Requirements:
In order to be the right person for our clients you match to the following points:
• Experience of selling professional services related solutions at C-level
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience
• Outgoing and approachable
• Strong business analysis, solution crafting, interaction management, and presentation skills
• In depth knowledge of selling strategies, development of proposals, contracts, close plans and statements of work for professional services
• Ability to develop executive level relationships, strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Fluency in Swedish and English in oral and written essential
