We operate from our locations in Sweden and the US, in total 25 employees including consultants. Volvo Group Merchandise Services is fully owned by the Volvo Group and we play a vital role in the brand image building. Now we are looking for a Key Account Manager for Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Penta where we see large opportunities to grow.The successful candidate will join a team of highly dedicated, hands-on merchandise professionals who share the vision to deliver merchandise which support brand strategies and do that effectively and with high quality.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Key Account Manager will be the interface and interaction between Volvo Group Merchandise Services and the clients Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Penta brand departments, market companies and the dealer network.The Key Account Manager is actively working with business development of the accounts with a focus on grow the use of official Volvo brand compliant merchandiseCollect feedback and demand from the markets and initiate new projects and solutionsResponsible for sales, market development and communication plan for the accountBudgets and forecastsProfile & QualificationsFor this position we will priorities the right mindset in front of previous experience. We want you to like challenges, business development, work in teams and be proactive in your nature. Higher education in business / marketing or economics is an advantage.To qualify for this role, you should have/be: Business driven and passionate about developing businessCustomer focused and keen to visit customersStrategic and analytic skilledCurious to learn more about building value for our brand, customers and clientsDesire to learn more about project, quality and operational managementLike to build strong relationship and networkingA positive approach to changesFluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English, another language is a merit In prioritizing candidates, we will pay attention to matching your profile to team culture, gender and spirit. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona.Location & TimelineThe position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Regular, sometimes extensive traveling is required.
