YOUR WORK
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of all functions built on the Salesforce software product. The Salesforce Admin serves as a primary support contact for users who may need assistance with and/or data from the system. The Salesforce Admin is responsible for maintenance, configuration, reporting and training. In this role you will interact with stakeholders and global teams to ensure that business needs are fulfilled. Work will be in collaboration with different product teams, developers and business analysts using agile ways of working.
• Core responsibilities
• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
• Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
• Handle administrative functions including object creation, assignment rules and other routine tasks
You will work in a team of specialists administrating and configuring different applications on the Salesforce cloud platform. This is still a new team that is working actively to create successful routines and to optimize workflow. You will be encouraged to take control and ownership of your work; your ideas are always promoted!
You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and get support from the team to put them in practice. In the long run you can choose to develop a career as a business analyst, IT architect, product owner - you decide the way forward!

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master within IT or business
• Fluent in English
The following knowledge and experience are meritorious:
• Salesforce Admin certified (ADM201, ADM211)
• Swedish
