The division is responsible for developing and maintaining the solutions to create an outstanding shopping experience for their customers. By providing global IT services and solutions they make sure that they always can sell, that they can expand with new stores, that they have the right product at the right place and time to the right price, that they have optimized store operations and that they inspire their customers.
The area within this customer is responsible for the development and maintenance of all IT solutions expect payment in all stores, brands and worldwide. This area supports the stores mainly within IT solutions for a great customer experience and store operations. The main areas are Inspirational media, Store collaboration, Consumer behavior, Loss prevention and Mobile Device
We are now looking for a junior Requirements Analyst/Application Expert who will be helping out with the maintenance and on-going development in our delivery areas Customer Counter and Mobile Device. This is a fine and challenging role where it is important to understand the needs from the business side and execute on them. The role contains lots of contact with stakeholders both internal at the customer and with their suppliers.
Work tasks - What work tasks are to be performed?
Assist during all aspects of the maintenance work including order handling, invoice handling, supplier follow up Support in work to secure a stable solution in line with agreed business requirements Support in work to analyze requirements and provide functional solutions and specifications to the stakeholders Coordinate improvements in processes and daily work both internally and together with external supplier
Further on be able to discuss and advice in both technical solution and business processes. Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Document functional processes and ways-of-working with high quality and in time Follow defined IT processes Perform all aspect of support lifecycle activities for example changes, supplier follow-up, testing and metrics. Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders in both Swedish and English
Technical Competences - Describe the technical competence.
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor degree within IT or similar
1-2 years' experience of working in a IT organization (advantage with experience from a maintenance organization) Experience of communication planning and communication in a structured way Technical interest (i.e mobile devices, mobile operating systems)
Qualifying requirements:
Beneficial with retail experience
It is an advantage if you have experience in ITIL, PPS, requirements, testing, and experience of working with external suppliers
Experience working in Service Now is an extra plus
