Your work
You will work closely with our recruitment team, Tobias & Julia, but also in collaboration with our Sales team, our CTO and CEO.
Your focus will be on finding and being our first point of contact with Axakons future employees. This will mainly be done through search and networking. You will also be administering your recruitment processes from start to finish to keep the candidate experience as good as possible.
Who are we looking for?
You are a social and responsible person with a good blend of heart, ambition, and energy. A team-player, through and through.
As part of our recruitment team you will have an onboarding process where you get to learn from an experienced IT-recruiter, previous knowledge in IT or recruitment is not a requirement.
Need to have:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, or similar
• Fluency in English and Swedish
Nice to have:
• Previous experience in search and recruitment
• Previous knowledge in IT/tech
• Previous experience in marketing/Sales/HR-related work
