As Junior Product Manager, you will work closely together with a team of 10 Global Product Manager heading up our market leading portfolios pushing boundaries in Human behavioral research!
In this role your responsibility will grow as you develop, with an initial focus on daily operations and our more mature products. Your mission will be to ensure a solid portfolio of wearable and screen-based hardware, enablers and accessories catering to the needs within the scientific and commercial market segments at Tobii Pro. The portfolio responsibility stretches throughout the life cycle (from product idea to end of life). In this role you will have the opportunity to work with (almost) all departments within Tobii Pro and get a true 360 perspective on product development!
The role and responsibilities
Working closely with Global Product Managers taking on responsibility for daily operations and initiatives for our more mature products.
Your days will be filled with
Product marketing and market communication.
Sales support: update sales tools, answer questions, estimate lead times, price related questions etc.
Customer Success and customer support - follow up on product performance.
Ensuring smooth product deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
Working with R&D to prioritize scope and deliver on projects.
Building understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Representing Tobii Pro at internal & external events.

We are looking for someone who has
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree from a University.
1-3 years' experience from work life projects, sales or product development within the tech industry.
Customer oriented approach to technology - driven by the values created.
Is a change and collaboration ninja :)
Strong communication skills with fluent verbal and written English.
Good organizational skills.
A love for learning!
True passion for product development - technology, business and sustainability!
Project Management, product marketing and experience from working with agile methods is a great plus!
