Klarna's vision is simply to be the World's favorite way to buy. The department of Operational Excellence and Development's main purpose is to improve Klarna's operations both strategically and operationally, across all Klarna markets. We're now looking for a junior analyst to join the team.

As a Junior Operational Analyst your main responsibility will be to detect, investigate and solve issues that cause consumer friction or operational complexity at Klarna. In your day-to-day work you will conduct analysis in SQL and Excel, but also work closely together with persons and teams both within the department and throughout Klarna. You strive to constantly improve things, and will over time become an expert in the area.

To be successful in this role you have..

Strong analytical ability and love solving problems and working with numbers.

Experience from advanced analysis in Excel, and preferably also in SQL.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Our working language is English.

A keen business mindset and interest.

An academic degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or within a quantitative field.
