Responsibilities
Working as an IT support technician you will be helping the company's employees with IT related issues. You will be the first point of contact and if you can not solve an issue yourself, you will escalate the issue to the right department. You will be working mainly via chat, but also via phone and email to some extent.

Qualifications
Who you are as a person is what will matter the most, but to get the best opportunities to succeed in this position you will need:

To be fluent in english, both written and spoken
Have basic technical knowledge
Customer service experience is a big plus

If you have any of these it is a even bigger bonus:
Speak and understand Dutch
Have knowledge within ITIL
