Your Role
We have in Saab a great opportunity to grow and develop our teams. This role includes rotations to 2 additional sites (Göteborg/Järfälla and Linköping) and roles and a team assignment together with 2 of your peers. You will gain a strong people network and Saab knowledge that will be a great foundation to grow and build a fun and successful career within Saab.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Controller who wants to be a part of further develop the Business Control within Saab. We are offering a role in a small team with the task to move Saab 's financial follow up and reporting a step forward. You will work with different parts of the Team as well as independent. We are looking for a person with good analytic capacity and strong interest in driving change projects.
You will help strengthen our Team in Project Control, Management Reporting but also in Cost Control of our Corporate functions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a person with great analytic and communicative capacity, and a good understanding of accounting. You will take active part of driving changes, find improvement areas and find out best practice within the different parts of Saab Group. However, your most important skill is your proactive and positive attitude.
Desired skills:

Relevant academic degree

You have experience from financial planning, analysis and reporting.

Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing

Strong business acumen

Enjoy change and ability to drive change

You know the importance of building relationships both within and across functions
*
Enjoy analyzing the Operations and find better ways to present and follow up results
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
