To be successful in the role as our Junior/Assistant Controller we believe that you are motivated by being a part of our growing business and high-pace environment. You will be an important part of influencing the financial processes and structures providing to our continuous growth at the Swedish market. You will be located at our office in Stockholm but work close to our Financial Department in Finland and report directly to our CFO located in Helsinki.
It is important that you have and understanding of financial solutions and a desire to learn our business. You will be responsible for monitoring our financial flows of the transactions to our partners and suppliers, follow up, summarize and report to our Finance Department in Finland.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Local process owner of standard financial processes which includes implementation and performing the tasks afterwards
• Bank account and sales ledger reconciliations
• Control and ensure adequate available funds and balance in bank accounts
• Handling of the loan payments to B2B customers
• Statutory reporting tasks and gather information required by auditors in cooperation with accounting partner
• Be the contact person in finance related matters with our cooperative partners
• Budget follow-up
• Participate in relevant group wide finance projects
Required qualifications:
• Relevant education within finance or economics
• 2-4 years relevant work experience from relevant work duties
• An interest in financial solutions and transactions
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Highly service minded and always determined to develop
