hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Arduino Verkstad AB i Malmö Arduino is looking for a Junior Application Engineer with knowledge in electronics and programming of microcontrollers, familiar to the Arduino family of products, to join the Customer Support Team.
Applicants should be ready to confront new technical challenges on a daily basis. Our technical support specialists get to experiment with all of the Arduino products (boards and shields) and test software posted by users of the Arduino community. Therefore we are looking for a dynamic person who can evaluate hardware and software questions to generate solutions and eventually report bugs to Arduino's design team.
Our support team communicates with customers from all over the world. We are looking for service minded individuals with the ability to explain complex technical terms in an easy way and redirecting users to the right places when in need of extra information. The main language for customer support is English, however knowing additional languages is a plus.
Location: Arduino's Swedish office in Malmö, Sweden.
