The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Java developer to join our back-office development team in Stockholm. We believe in the ownership of services and features, all the way from idea to production, and as a member of our multi-functional and agile team, you will engage in building phenomenal services for our top brand clients.
In this role, you know how to resolve sophisticated issues and you have a comprehensive outlook on services and systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities
Working hands-on as a software engineer within an agile environment and with several programming languages and operating systems.
Maintain and further develop a set of micro-services, designed in the latest Java versions, related to the back office area.
Facilitate across teams and help foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
As a part of cross-office initiatives in Europe, you will connect with people of different roles from various countries and backgrounds, to tackle sophisticated.
What We Are Looking For
You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
You are experienced in writing microservices in Java, working with Atlassian tools and CI/CD.
You have experience with any major cloud provider, especially Google Cloud.
You acquire knowledge of event streaming technologies like Kafka and Pub/Sub.
You previously worked with relational and non-relational databases.
You have proven experience in writing robust, maintainable code, and an understanding of how to test, architect, and work with distributed high-frequency services.
You communicate clearly and efficiently using the English language.
