Artificial Solutions is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our Internal IT, Hosting & Support team based in our Stockholm office. You will work autonomously within a team of remotely based system engineers, who are responsible for the day to day operation of all Internal IT systems.

The position will focus on :
• Being part of a team responsible for the day to day operation of the Internal IT platform
• Proactively monitoring and maintaining the Internal IT environment ensuring optimal uptime
• Building and Installing client side and server hardware
• Responding to IT related incidents ensuring they are correctly logged and responded to in a timely fashion.
• Providing deskside as well as remote IT support to AS personnel
• Undertaking any planned maintenance activities.
• Providing assistance to the Hosting team who manage the day to day operation of the SaaS client platform
• Being part on a 24 x 7 on call rota ( if required ) providing reactive support to critical failures within the Internal IT environment.

Technical Skills:
• 1-3 years experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and application including installation, configuration, system administration, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, system administration, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat and Glassfish advantage would be useful
• Working knowledge of Databases, Postgres, Mysql
• Working knowledge of IP based networking.
• Working knowledge of virtualization is an advantage
• Previous Datacentre experience is useful.
