We are now searching an IT supporter, who is eager to further develop a professional IT support within the setting of a large, international group.
You will work with all kinds of support tasks in an exciting and demanding environment, where the focus is on Microsoft products, Lotus Notes, which will be soon replaced by Outlook and some design programs for our approx. 600 users throughout Denmark and Sweden.
You become part of the IT Scandinavia team of 3 people, where commitment, flexibility and competence development are of great importance. At the same time, you will also be integrated into a larger IT organization, as we cooperate a lot with our colleagues in the whole STRABAG Group (mainly in Austria and Germany).
Primary work assignments
• IT Service desk for Danish and Swedish users, including support by e-mail and telephone. In addition, support via remote control.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting using the Group's tools.
• Handling of orders and implementation of hardware and software on computers.
• Information about the company's IT tools for the employees.
• Installation of network equipment and troubleshooting in both offices and construction sites.
You will primarily work from our main office in Søborg on Zealand. However, you will also drive to our locations throughout Zealand and southern Sweden. Driving license is therefore necessary. The working hours may vary and sometimes lie outside the normal business hours.
The right candidate
The ideal candidate has an IT education, some experience as IT supporter and has worked on a wide range of especially Microsoft products. In addition, the right candidate has experience in data communication and wireless solutions as well as in managing user rights and permissions. If you generally have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and bring a little knowledge of the construction industry, preferable from big companies, then this is a plus. You master conversations in Danish, Swedish and English.
