You will as a IT Support Engineer be responsible for all IT hardware and software for the Truecaller offices. You will be owning the purchasing, inventory and installation of workstations as well as making sure its up to date. You will also manage user accounts on all internal systems. The IT support will also thandle the internal management of the outlook365 accounts, distribution lists and when in need, partner up with the platform team assisting them in the management on operations and infrastructure.
