hela Sverige This a this newly formed role where you will work in close alignment with the Nouryon Procurement organization and IT services Delivery managers. Your mission will be to manage the life cycle of our services contracts with our strategic Service Providers and initiate and implement new sourcing initiatives. As a key member of the Nouryon IT department you will be working, together with the rest of the IM Services team, on driving user productivity, business continuity and user/business satisfaction at a lower cost level!
You will
IM Services is the global service delivery unit responsible for the (End-to-End) IT services provided to the businesses and functions and the end users across the globe. As an IT Services Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic services contracts within IM Services for e.g. application management, hosting, workplace services and WAN. You will play a leading role in implementing and managing the contracts negotiated by IT Procurement and you will be the first point of contact for project staff and IT management in all contractual matters.
Responsibilities includes a structured contract governance and ensuring the full scope of service contracts with suppliers is being utilized and improved. It also includes driving a structured tight cost management and continuous review for savings and cost control opportunities. This in close alignment with the Delivery Manager responsible for the service execution. You will work together with the License & Software Asset Manager and IT Contract Assistants ensuring the proper management of the full strategic contract base.
Examples of tasks are:
• Do budget planning, cost management and usage planning and reporting and follow up
• Ensure that all Service scope elements, Service Levels, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are implemented and continuously improved
• Conduct regular reviews of all "strategic" vendors, status of relationship, contract renewal date, payment triggers, etc
• Conduct the tender process together with IT Procurement for new and existing contracts as well as following a contract review process and life cycle of updates
• Advise/support the IT leadership team in developing/refining IT Sourcing Strategy & rollout
The IT Services Contract Manager reports into the Director IM Services. This position can be placed in Göteborg, Sweden or Houston, USA.
You are
A clear and confident communicator with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You need the organizational talent and ability to work in a team. Strong negotiation skills are important - you would be supporting Procurement, so you need to understand negotiation strategy. You also function well in a rapidly changing environment, reassessing priorities when required. Other important traits are to be autonomous and self-organized, and proactive to find solutions to problems that occur.
We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing IT vendor agreements such as, but not limited to, Purchase Agreements, Hosting Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Software Agreements among others. A University degree or comparable education is needed, as well as experience with complex contract topics in the IT industry. You also need relevant experience with Contract Management processes and a strong Financial Acumen. Experience in working with global delivery models and ability to work cross functionally with various departments will be in important part of the role. Finally, you should be fluent in English, spoken and written.
