To support us in this interesting time of growth, we are now looking for an IT Security Manager to join our team.
Your role:
As an IT Security Manager, you will:
* Drive the cyber security strategy, including assessment, certification, and training programs.
* Drive the IT security implementation, including IT security architecture/design, processes, controls, vulnerability management and incident handling
* Be responsible for the IT Compliance work, including vendor security assessments, driving the validation/compliance work for new tools and interact with the Pharmetheus compliance team.
* Contribute to improvement of internal processes and tools in relation to IT security and company initiatives.
* Building up and lead an IT Security team including matrix management and potential line management.
Your skills and qualifications:
To be a good match for this position, you should have lengthy experience in similar roles and a background in computer science, cybersecurity, or the equivalent.
It is a strong merit if you have documented experience working in a highly regulated industry, especially pharma. Furthermore, it is a merit if you have worked with IT security on all following operating systems Linux, Mac and Windows and in addition have experience in writing general documentation, manuals and compliance documents.
We expect that you are communicative and fluent in oral and written English. You are flexible and committed to your work. You have a strong sense of responsibility and feel comfortable leading a team and interacting across functions. Furthermore, it is important that you pick up new knowledge quickly and are used to working against a deadline. Moreover, you should be comfortable working in close connection with your colleagues, as well as independently.
Technical skills
• Experience with server security in Redhat Enterprise Linux and VMWare environment.
• End-point detection and response experience on Windows, macOS and Linux OS.
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management tools.
• Cyberthreats and vulnerability management processes and tools.
• Knowledge on intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems and vulnerability scanners.
