In an effort to develop and improve our IT operations further we are now looking for a resourceful and engaged member to our team!
In this role you work as second line support for Lindex store and e-commerce systems. Your main focus is to ensure a stable and consistent operations. Part of that involves troubleshooting complex cases escalated by First line, where you identify the problem and find solutions that prevents the situation from reoccuring. You also work very closely with our development team (3 rd line), requesting changes and new features that need to be developed from an operations point of view.
In addition you perform quality assurance work, for example acceptance testing of solutions before deployment and you provide documentation to the knowledge base that helps first Line to solve incidents and also user manuals.
We are looking for a team player with strong customer focus. To succeed in this role you need great prioritization skills and analytical ability. You love going into detail, putting pieces together and finding the root cause to a problem. The fashion industry is an ever changing business and you thrive in that context and quickly adjust to new situations and changed circumstances. Since you will be in contact with many people within IT and colleagues in Lindex stores, great communication skills are key as well as the ability to establish good relationships. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Requirements:
Education within IT and/or work experience from a technical position within IT Experience from retail is qualifying, especially knowledge regarding e-commerce and/or point of sales solutions. Experience from test is also a merit.

This is a permanent position based at Lindex office in Partille. On call duties are included in the role.
