We are looking for a senior IT Project Manager to work for our IT Governance function. Your primary domain of working will be in seamless/omni/contextual commerce and supply chain. You will work with several business teams to define and translate strategy and business needs into solutions, and lead cross-functional development teams from design through delivery. You will take ownership in creating roadmaps and ensure milestones are being met by applying your project management skills.

To succeed in this role, you have extensive experience in defining projects and program, creating and understanding solutions, producing decision materials, scope and delivery management. You will work with many different stakeholders, for example senior management, managers, senior architects as well as process and domain experts. Therefor it 's important that you are a strong communicator.
You will be working with high profile and attention projects within our key development areas and your responsibility will be to drive change within prioritized areas to help us achieve our strategic goals. As an experienced project manager, you will be running several initiatives in parallel. You will be a "go-to" person for strategic assessments, investigations and complex delivery projects that often span across several business units.

Your responsibilities
The job as an IT Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Main responsible Project Manager for prioritized projects and initiatives within H&M IT Department serving several business units
• Manage, follow-up and deliver results per project goals
• Hold full responsibility for time plans, budget, project objectives and report to steering committees
• Drive and support decision making cross projects and H&M functions
• Provide commercially relevant alternatives for decisions
• Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the project's success
• Have a customer focused and commercial mindset in all planning and decision making

And your skills include:
• Extensive IT project management experience, minimum 5 years
• Experience working with project management in large global organizations
• Knowledge in the retail business
• Leadership experience
• Are curious, non-prestigious and take initiative to always find the best way forward
• Strong analytical skills - can find, understand and analyze things that are not obvious or that lie behind the surface
• Have a business and customer oriented mindset and are skillful in managing many stakeholders
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working in a changing environment
• Can act independently and take own initiatives
• Strong communicative skills in written and spoken, both in Swedish and English. Other languages are a merit

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
