hela Sverige Electrolux IT has launched Continuous Improvement initiative to accelerate overall business improvements through process optimization, culture change and lean methodologies across the organisation - in order improve user experience and process improvements.
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to drive CI initiatives as well as coach team members.
You will be expected to lead functional/cross-functional end-to-end process improvements across Electrolux IT with high-impact results as well as strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organization.

• lead CI initiatives
• implement the lean tools and methodologies to achieve the business objectives
• follow-up/track the progress of implementation of CI
• build local capabilities by deploying all CI training and improvement activities according to defined standards as well as coach other CI team members
• promote CI best practices sharing the organization
