The IT Compliance Coordinator is working across the organisation and should be a valued partner and advisor to stakeholders and teams. It?s about making sure that we can grow our business in a rapid and safe way.

With growth comes change, and since Klarna is growing constantly there?s plenty of challenges for our engineering organisation. We handle millions of transactions and our organisation is implementing more and more business critical systems to address the needs of an expanding business.

The IT Compliance Coordinator is working across the organisation and should be a valued partner and advisor to stakeholders and teams. It?s about making sure that we can grow our business in a rapid and safe way.

Your focus is on IT Operations and other parts of the organisation to make sure that we remove and handle risks in operating a wide range of systems. You make sure that the organisation is following requirements and you take part in internal as well as external audits.The challenge is to make sure that we scale across markets, business verticals and in an ever growing organisation in a safe and compliant way.

To be successful in this role you need to be a skilled advisor and a passionate team player. You have experience from IT Operations and have a wide range of skills from technical know-how to great writing and presentation skills. But most importantly you have a way to get things going and have a strong drive to continuously improve things.
