As our IT Business Process Owner for Power Transformer units in Ludvika you will be the single point of contact for process and application changes. You will be involved in the entire business process to develop, maintain, control, audit and analyze a wide variety of business processes and information systems. This is a role where you can challenge yourself and the business for continuous development in both short and long term as well as improvements along cross functional disciplines.

Your responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the local IT activities within business transformation program, including preparation for future ERP implementation.
Act as Process Data Support for business processes evaluations and supporting others in the local organization to analyze SAP driven processes.
Coordinate with global functions and country IT (Information Technology) on budget and demand planning process for the local unit.
Prepare, implement and improve order configuration, engineering and preparation processes.
Align sales configuration tools, engineering tools and the SAP backend.
Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex problems, and develop and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence along with recommend ways to improve.

Your background
You are service-minded and have good communication skills.
You have experience of working in Operations Technology (OT) field and find this environment interesting
You enjoy working in diverse and multicultural teams and are interested to share your experiences and knowledge with your colleagues as well as learn from them.
Experience working with ERP systems or processes, including the ability to understand and use the tools is needed.
Experience with SAP and equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, to enable interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders.
