Kulturcentrum, with its award-winning architecture and numerous initiatives, is offering courses of varying length in which art, health and personal development are encouraged and explored.
Dina arbetsuppgifterThe International Youth Initiative Program (YIP) offers a social entrepreneur training in Järna, Stockholm, for young people aged 19-28 who want to create a positive social change in the world. It is an action-orientated venture seeking to provide young people with opportunities to recognize their potential to work with each other and with communities, thereby enriching their own lives as well as the lives of those with whom they come into contact. The course starts 28th Aug 2016 and is open to participants from all around the world. English is the spoken language. YIP seeks a native English speaker to coordinate all aspects of the international internships for our program as well as day-to-day onsite administration.
Your main responsibilities are:
Design, plan and execute the afternoon curriculum.
Project, manage and monitor all finances related to the afternoon curriculum, extra curricular activities and the international internship.
Coach and mentor participants in their projects and internships. Assist and collaborate on various administrative functions of the program.
Assist and collaborate on any tasks related to the community life on campus.
Attend joined meals and other community events.
Utbildning och erfarenhetExperience in implementing youth initiatives, international relations and marketing is essential.
We are looking for someone who even has experience in coordinating youth volunteers and who is dedicated to working towards a positive social change.
You must be a team-player and have excellent communication skills. Personal experience of previous YIP courses is of considerable merit.
You must be willing to live on campus and be part of the community life on campus.
Knowledge of anthroposophy is a must.
Experience of living and travelling abroad is an advantage.
