High Voltage Products is business unit within Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The business unit develop, manufacture and market high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.
In this role you will execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi ABB Power Grids standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities.
Your main stakeholders will be global customers, internal organization as technical department and manufacturing department. This position is located in Landskrona, while travelling globally is also required.

Your responsibilities
Contribute to customer support by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation from home office.
Perform Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment on Site.
Make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, upgrades, replacements etc.).
Training and guide of customer personnel.
Support our Internal testing department when needed.
Cooperative within all departments
Create new ideas and identify solutions.
Handle and support warranty cases.

Your background
We are looking for a service technician who are supportive and self-confident person who can handle both ups and downs and manage problems that may occur
You want to develop the business through challenge and improve processes and collaboration
You are service-minded with a creative, open-minded, and solution-focused
You hold a University degree in technical area or have some years of relevant work experience
Knowledge and skills in mechanical, electrical or PLC systems
Experience from Office working and from Site work
Proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world. Knowledge in Swedish is a must and French is a plus
Willing to travel ca 70-100 days of your work time and you always represent Hitachi ABB Power Grids the best possible way
