The position is a full-time employment and is based in the south of Sweden. Bergman & Beving is a listed Swedish company with a turnover of 4,6 BSEK and more than 1 200 employees.

About the position
In the role as International Key Account Manager you are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment. You are responsible for managing and executing the strategic and commercial aspects of business being made with targeted Export customers. The goal is to achieve consistent and profitable sales growth, primarily of own brands, through a network of international customers. The geographic area mainly includes Europe, with exception of the Nordic countries and Benelux. On a daily basis you will have many contacts, both externally to customers and partners and internally within the Bergman & Beving Group. You will be part of the sales team and report to the Head of International Sales.
The position involves business responsibility for Export customers. You will:
• Develop and manage the execution of sales and market development strategy to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
• Create and perform according to an annual sales plan and expense budget to meet revenue and profit objectives.
• Direct activities within Export such as assortment, campaigns, launches, trade fairs, marketing material and stock.
• Continually analyze international market pricing and competitive landscape to develop an effective pricing policy.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, for example regional expansion and product portfolio additions, and make sound recommendations for action.
• Keep up to date with the Group 's offerings and product development in close collaboration with the Brands.
• Establish strong relationship with key customers, collaborate with them to develop and implement effective business expansion plans for their regions.
• Content and assortment responsible for the export web shop.
• Contribute to an environment based on motivation, encouragement and solution orientation for all colleagues.
The position requires approximately 50 - 100 travel days annually.
Your profile
We are looking for you with a proven track record of growing and developing international business for at least 5 years. You have a university degree in a relevant area or equivalent skills acquired from work experience. To be successful in the position you have a genuine interest for creating a safer workplace. Therefore, experience from the field of personal protective equipment is very meritorious. You have the ability to build profitable relationships with experience from international contract negotiations. As each workday involves international contacts, very good knowledge in both spoken and written English is required. Additional languages are regarded as a strong asset.
As a person you are good at building and maintaining contacts and credibility with customers, partners and colleagues. You are analytical, professional and structured with high integrity and good judgement. You have a proactive approach, both to potential obstacles and new opportunities. Among your strengths are the ability to dare to take some risk and the willingness to try new things. Another quality is your capacity to be educative and having a passion for solving tasks. Moreover, you have a holistic view and understand both Skydda Group 's overall interests as well as customer needs. You have strong communication and presentation skills.
