Your challenge!
In this role, you are the Internal Sales Representative of all of Sweden. You work closely with the Business Development Managers and the Area Sales Manager. From our office in Gothenburg you are the connector of these parties and therefore have a central role.
The sales team is an international team of 6 colleagues and you will report to the Country Manager. As the only Internal Sales Representative in Sweden you work independently, but also cross-functionally across technical and marketing departments. Next to these departments you work closely with the office's CRM Specialist.
What are your tasks and responsibilities?
Monitoring sales in accordance with the sales strategy;
Managing and expanding customer relationship by telephone;
Providing customers with (basic) technical advice, answering their questions and solving specific problems by e-mail and telephone;
Supporting the Area Sales Manager by monitoring specifications and following up projects;
Supporting the Business Development Managers by making appointments with prospects and customers;
Recording all relevant information in CRM;
Continuously developing your product knowledge.

What does your profile look like?
You would be perfect for this role, if you:
Have a degree in a commercial, economic or architectural discipline;
Have work experience in a commercial function;
Master both the Swedish and English language;
Have knowledge about automated data processing;
Are commercially orientated and customer focused;
Have good communication and negotiation skills;
Are energetic, positive and take the initiative.
