Procera is looking for a candidate to fill this Internal Sales position in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be located in Varberg and work closely with Sales, R&D, Finance and customers in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & South Africa).

As an Internal Sales you will maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers, operating a call-out cycle, which includes updating customer events and call logging systems as required. Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders and maintain any authorization schemes & price lists relevant to our products. Your job is also to ensure that the external sales team is kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts. This challenging and creative position involves:

• Add-on sales to existing customers and accounts.
• Managing the Support renewals with customers and partners
• Managing the Procera lead allocation within salesforce
• Assistance with preparing presentations using powerpoint
• Processing of customer purchase orders in relevant databases, Netsuite and Salesforce.

• Interfacing with multiple departments to fulfill delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate and current customer sales files, including updating the relevant systems.
• Handle report preparation quarterly for both Sales EMEA and the Board
• Assist the Product Manager to get customer to attend events & seminars.

Required qualifications.

We are looking for a candidate who has worked in telesales or call centre environment handling either inbound and/or outbound calls. You understand how to sell and can demonstrate your ability to manage your time for e.g. maximize the number of calls made to a customer. Understands how to research and identify prospective customers. You show evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals.

• Has some commercial and business awareness.
• Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients.
• Can provide evidence of working in a target related environment.
• Can demonstrate their ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations.
• Good at building customer relationships.
• Has a good level of interpersonal skills.
• Min. 2 years on-the-job work experience with customer service, inside sales and data entry in a networking/telecommunications related business.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with customer, co-workers and management.
• Has experience of using Internal IT systems, plus software such as Word, Excel and Salesforce.
• Be fluent in English.
