• ** Alfa Laval is looking for communication professionals to particiapate in the interesting and challenging development of Group Internal Communication activities. The role of GIC, Group Internal Communications, is to ensure that all employees understand and feel engaged to contribute to reaching the overall goals of Alfa Laval and to support vital strategic initiatives. ***
As managers play a key role in engaging employees, an important objective for the Internal Communications Manager is to help managers in their roles as communicators, with expertise, tools and processes.
Main tasks are:
• Act as communications advisor and coach for key stakeholders in top management
• Analyse needs and demands; plan, implement and evaluate internal communication activities
• Editorial work
• Participate in and manage various communication projects and events
• Manage external consultants and vendors
Ideal candidate profile:
• Experience from working with strategic internal, change and management communications.
• Experience from coaching, supporting and training managers in their roles as communicators
• Business minded and with a capacity for building and maintaining strong relations and networks on top management level
• Good writing skills and experience from editorial work and suppliers
• Previous experience from similar position in an international company or from consultancy
• Bachelor or Master degree in communications
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
