Do you have customer experience high on your agenda and would like to join us creating magnificent long lasting memories for the visitors at Customer Center? Do you have an interest in our Volvo machines? Are you an operator of construction machinery and would like to combine that with the opportunity of presenting our different solutions as well as taking part of film and photo shoots?
We are now looking for our next team member to take care of our visitor at the demo field as an instructor at Customer Center. You will belong to the customer experience & events team for region Europe/International supporting dealers, other functions as well other regions. You will work where the business needs you and the opportunities are endless for someone that is willing to explore new ways of working together
Challenge description:
Your ultimate opportunity in this position is to take care of the customer experience out at the demo field, carry out machine presentations, demonstrations and test driving. You will also develop the demo field, be part of bigger events and exhibitions and photoshoots. Also conducting trainings, giving input on customer clinics and development of new products will be on the agenda for you.
Competencies/qualifications:
Experience from operating construction machinery
Computer skills
You dare to try new ways, overcome difficulties, and learn from it.
You have experience from collaborating in diverse teams, are a team player and have an "everything is possible together" mindset in combination with a solution and customer oriented approach.
