Inside Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY
The employee we are looking for at Böttcher-Nordic AB is an office based support for salesmen, delivery drivers and also for end customers. Working primarily with our business system SAP and using telephone and email to grow turnover, minimize costs and give the best possible customer support and satisfaction. You will be a link between our production, head office and outside sales, with a wide variety of tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the outside sales with required information such as price calculations, offers, orders or customer specific information.
• Creation of orders and purchase orders in a timely manner in order to ensure quickest possible deliveries.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend Böttcher products and services in cooperation with the sales manager.
• Transport and logistics.
• Reporting to various government agencies and head office.
• Monthly inventory and stock management.
SKILLS
• English and Swedish both verbal and written is a requirement.
• The person we are looking for is structured, a team player and able to multitask activities with shifting priorities.
• We are looking for someone with a couple of years' work experience. Good knowledge in Excel and Office are very qualifying trades. SAP experience is seen as an extra advantage.
• It is important that you can take responsibility and follow up tasks and also be able to work both with details and overviews.
