WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As the Inside Sales Account, you are a key member of the Nordic team and for the Northern Europe region.
As a part of a team you are responsible to drive the sales in the Finnish market together with the key account manager with the support of distribution account manager, marketing, sales engineers and business development managers. This role is a key role for all of Axis partners in the Finnish market.
You are responsible for responding to inbound and outbound activities, identifying, building and maintaining profitable relationships with resellers, IT and Security integrators, and channel distributors together with team Finland towards the Finnish market.
Your main activities will include but not limited to:
Develop opportunities together with our partners based on Axis or Axis development partners solutions.
Responding to general inquiries via inbound calls and emails to close deals and achieve revenue quota to support channel sales activities.
Building key relationships in the Finnish market and our key partners
Educate the channel on Axis products, tools and values.
Qualify and monitor inbound information requests for Axis products and channel partners, ensuring that qualified leads are followed up.
Encourage companies to enroll in Axis partner development programs, and drive the growth of active partners
Working with the Axis training team, promoting Axis training to the finish market.
This position is based in Lund, focusing on Finnish market accounts.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone that:
Speaks fluent Finnish, Swedish and English
Has previous sales experience in a similar capacity (experience in the Network Security industry will be an advantage)
Has basic technical understanding of networking and computer systems
Has experience in working with vendors, distributors, resellers, systems integrators in IT / security industry
Has experience in selling products through channels, or a successful track record in telephone sales / customer service
Has experience in working in an international and dynamic environment, with a customer-focus culture
Is proficient with Microsoft applications
Previous eperience with Salesforce is desirable
As an individual, you are responsible, hands-on and able to work independently. You have good organizational skills, can handle multiple priorities and are a team player, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
