What 's in it for you?
Now the Volvo Cars Special Vehicles & Accessories (SV&A), Innovation and Partnership department is looking for you who are an innovative collaborator that has experience from business development.
Your main target is to find, drive and balance new business & product opportunities in SV&A business areas. You will build and maintain close relationships with other Volvo functions as well as suppliers & partners. By excellent communication and presentation skills interact effectively across interfaces of discipline, culture, and expertise. To support the creation of SV&A cycle plan and ensure that SV&A products generate profit and drive Technological spearhead innovation. Because that is actually what counts in the end.
By the way. We hope you love collaboration? This position gives you the privilege to interact with a wide range of Volvo internal functions as well as sales companies and external partners. You will report to the Director of Innovation & Partnership at SV&A and be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Special Vehicles & Accessories (SV&A) is a proactive, fast acting, brand, consumer and business driven organization that generate profit & technological spearhead innovation. SV&A delivers car programs with limited volume including, Commercial cars, Emergency cars, personal transporter, Armored cars and for partners within the Volvo Universe. SV&A is the centre of excellence for accessories within the Volvo Cars.
Who are you?
* Experience and understanding of automotive business from Volvo Cars or elsewhere.
* Analytical, technical and business acumen preferably with a degree in relevant area.
* Demonstrated success in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment.
* Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
* Self-motivating and courageous.
* Ability to have fun at work.
