The Security Regulatory Compliance Office is a new area within the Information Security organization. We are responsible for the second level of defense in the areas of Information Security Management and Security Regulatory Compliance within the Volvo Group. In this role you will work across all businesses of Volvo Group to build, strengthen and drive information security capabilities. You will set requirements and support building an effective and comprehensive Security Regulatory Compliance framework, so that Volvo Group monitors, respond and operates effectively to new information Security and Cybersecurity regulations.
The position reports directly to the Director Information Security.
This is how you will make an impact
You will work across different functions and organizations in the Volvo Group to strengthen and build common capabilities in the Information Security domain. The position will be responsible to develop and drive appointed Security Regulatory Compliance areas across the Volvo Group. Strong drive and stakeholder management skills are needed to successfully collaborate and create business value across different organizations.

Overall responsibilities of the role will be:
Drive development and implementation of initiatives and projects in the Information Security Roadmap.
Drive and follow up practical implementation and adherence of group-wide Information Security incident and Security regulatory compliance governance and frameworks.
Coordinate and drive Information Security Incidents external reporting across Product, OT and IT domains on Volvo Group level.
Lead investigations and impact assessment of new information security and cybersecurity regulations.
Drive change management activities and trainings to ensure stakeholders understand and apply principles, directives and guidelines.
Facilitate co-creation with various stakeholders in the organization.

Who are you?

You will lead, coordinate and collaborate on various Information Security and Security Regulatory Compliance initiatives and topics with multiple stakeholders across the Volvo Group.

As this job is much about establishing a new area and creating successful collaborations, we also need you to be a leader with strong drive and good communication skills. We value your holistic and problem-solving approach, as you will play a key role in the organization to identify and create pragmatic but robust solutions to new challenges.

Since this position involves handling both urgent tasks and long-term projects, we believe it is important that you can work with a high degree of uncertainty and that you demonstrate good prioritization skills.

Qualifications required to be successful in this role:

* Extensive experience in Information Security and Cyber security in complex global organizations.
* Extensive practical experience from Security Regulatory Compliance and Information Security.
* Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including business operations, security teams and senior management across Product, OT and IT domains.
* Good understanding of Information security related regulations, standards and best practices.
* Master's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, cyber legislation or related fields.
* Information Security and Cybersecurity certifications are considered a strong merit
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in English, written and spoken
